Job Description
- Delivering financial result through analysis of each sport (Costs/Revenues/Pricing/Forecasted Targets, profit margins), delivering monthly reports
- Evaluation of all current sports academies including recommendations for which academies to close/open/increase capacity etc. (managing the revenues of the academies and recommendations for higher revenue generation)
- Plan, develop and monitor the brand yearly sports calendar (internal members’ events & tournaments/championships) along with setting the budget.
- Initiatives/activities recommendation for revenue generation including sports for fun activities targeting different age brackets (Developing yearly sports calendar)
- Evaluation of the champions’ contracts along with the sports function, developing the yearly calendar of each champion for PR exposure
- Initiating new ideas in coordination with Research functions
Job Requirements
- Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in brand management
- Results-oriented and have demonstrated creativity through prior work.
- Excellent objective-setting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to steer a complex organization towards consistent brand communications.
