Job Description
- Plan and co-ordinate between Operations, Logistic, Sourcing and Customer Service.
- Create and align production plans with actual order intake.
- Timely communication on changes to logistics requirements.
- Co-ordination of sourcing requirements (substrate, additional product, etc.)
- Review weekly supply status (Demand, Production, and Shipment)
- Coordinate and collect Production information from Operations.
- Lead and Supervise the Schedulers in the region.
- Make sure that the schedulers are optimizing the production schedules of the different production lines in AME.
- Constrain the Demand to the available supply
- Create a Mid-term (3 months) Supply and production plan.
- Identify and escalate the demand-supply gap to the supply manager.
- Monitor day-to-day the execution of Plan.
- Define and maintain optimum/agreed inventory in plants.
- Coordinate changes to make sure the achievement of the supply plan.
- Understand and communicate the impact of deviation to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate feedback to and from all stakeholders for long term planning.
- Coordinate Long Term Capacity forecast with all stakeholders.
- Set up and monitor KPI to action improvements in delivering an optimized supply plan
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years Supply and production Planning Experience
- Qualification in Supply Planning/ Supply Chain Management from a reputed organization
- Proven track record or setting up and managing a supply planning capability
- Part of an S&OP Process
- Not performing a combined role of supply planning and demand planning in the experience period
- Has supervisory experience
