Job Description
- Administering the contracts between the customers and the company as per the needs of the customer and the legal requirements of the company.
- Ensuring that all the data on the contact is valid and true.
- Ensuring that all the set contracts are in the correct legal form and with all the required signatures.
- Ensuring that the administered contracts have all the correct details about the sold units and the financial obligations on the customers.
- Entering all the data on the contracts software, and continuously updating the database.
- Filing all the necessary documents and keeping a record of all contractual updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law (English or french department)
- 1-3 of experience with contract administration.
- Previous Real-estate experience is an asset.
- Highly analytical, organized and hardworking.
- Residents of Zayed or nearby areas preferred.
