Job Description
- Telesales Agent will be expected to provide superior customer service and offer excellent advice for business travelers and answer questions about the services or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information sale
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Job Requirements
- Experience in Telesales is a huge plus
- Fluent English Speakers
- EX Offshore Call Center preferred
- Undergrad are welcome to apply
