Job Description
- Create and update database for all relevant industries and corporate on the national and international level.
- Conduct market mapping to identify the market needs and trends.
- Manage the internship program and track the student’s achievements and progress.
- Share internship opportunities on the CS online platform and via cat’s email.
- Work closely with Career Training manager to develop training programs based on needed competencies for the job market.
- Identify and share job opportunities for ZC graduates.
- Assist ZC students and graduates in their career planning and linking their academic study to the relevant career opportunities.
- Coordinate with HR and Talent acquisition of national and international corporate and create strong relations and -partnerships.
- Allocate relevant internship opportunities for all the science & engineering majors.
Job Requirements
- 6 - 9 years of experience in the area of Public relations and marketing, human resources, learning & development
- Bachelor’s degree - preferably business development;
- Master’s degree in management, human resources or education is highly recommended.
- Familiarity with job market trends and current employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, training and supervisory skills.
- Team-oriented work style and good analytical skill.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several program initiatives.
