Job Description
The ideal candidate in this role will:
- Be accountable for all brand experiences and asset management across all brands in the portfolio @the Coca-Cola Arena
- Develop and manage an agency team that creates flawless system implementation of Brand Experience Activation programs + Asset management needs across the portfolio of brands to deliver the required business objectives (volume, preference, leadership image, etc.) These activations will encompass sampling; promotions; asset activations; asset management; celebrity management; & brand experiences
- Input into the overall IMC Plan to ensure reflection of brand’s BVA, personality and core creative idea
- Build capability (knowledge, processes, talent) in creative strategy – in both Company and Agency partners
- Ensure that the Company has best-in-class agency partners to help develop world-class activation ideas and drive development and production productivity
- Step-change the way our experiential plans are built and make every interaction with brand Coca-Cola in the Coca-Cola Arena a memorable one
- Create holistic brand experiences and bring content to live across all interactions
Prioritized responsibilities:
- Define, develop and implement contemporary Experiential Strategies for MENA Core Priorities
- Lead the strategic development of (core) brand ideas turned into relevant experiences across multiple consumer connections
- Co-author the briefs for experiential marketing in any given channel
- Work in close collaboration with MER IMC team, MENA IMC team, MER Brand Team, Global Asset team and other relevant stakeholders following the PMO and steer through Marketing/IMC Factory process and RAPID
- Development and management of strategies behind experiential programs to ensure they fit with business/brand objectives and relevant integration within the Coca-Cola Arena IMC platform
- Create and manage the links between the brands' needs and asset demands/contract obligations with all stakeholders and key agencies
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive productivity, leading-edge innovation and high impact programs. Lead activation initiatives from the idea to the concept stage whilst ensuring effective integration with the brand plans/business planning process
