Job Description
The Land Freight Sales Specialist responsibilities include Contacting Potential clients and offering them our services, Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a calm professional manner
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Use clear and professional language while corresponding by e-mail
- Follow up with the emails sent and if needed, contact the Clients directly by phone
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
Job Requirements

- Familiar with a variety of the field & concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties and tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner.
