Job Description
- Quantity surveying for all architecture items.
- Prepare & Reviewing invoices.
- Prepare reports on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules, costs spreadsheets.
- Coordinate between all stakeholders for the assigned projects.
- Coordinate the work with design team for the assigned projects.
- Prepare tender documents.
- Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
- Prepare project baselines and follow up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering – Civil/Architecture (Preferably construction management program graduates).
- 5-7 Years of experience.
- PMP is a Plus.
