Job Description

  • Managing existing accounts seeking to expand volume, introduce new products and enhance margin.
  • Organizing sales visits & meets with customers and clients ,
  • Develop new ideas to retain existing customers.
  • Contact potential customers for new business opportunities,
  • Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account.
  • Prepare sales forecast reports or management on monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with senior management and sales team to develop successful sales
  • techniques,
  • Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing.
  • Create strategies to increase company’s revenue goals.
  • Monitoring business activities and competitors actions within assigned territory seeking to gain market share by expanding customer base and product usage.
  • Remaining technically proficient and knowledgeable concerning the Company’s product offerings. and capabilities.
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity & generating leads.
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts.
  • Achieve assigned sales target.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from customers whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Communication skills.
  • 0-3 year of experience
  • Experience in IT Sales is preferable
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office and Internet is a MUST.
  • Bachelor degree
