Job Description
The ideal candidate will be managing tech-teams (Frontend/Backend/UI/Mobile) in multiple projects, and be the link between them and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of business requirements with the aid of the technical team
- Translate the business requirements to technical features
- Determine feasibility of business requirements from a technical standpoint
- Assist in creating project monthly/quarterly plan from a technical perspective
- Provide estimations for feature completion
- Regularly meet with External Project Managers to receive requirements and showcase updates
- Lead the technical team in regular sprint-planning meetings
- Coordinate with Team Leads (Mobile/Data Science/UX/Frontend) to ensure the best quality output of team members
- Handle project team (vacations, evaluation)
Job Requirements
- Technical background (field of study or experience)
- Worked in a leading role in at least one software project
- Has good understanding of both business and technology mindsets
- Has followed agile process before
- Creative mind and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
