Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver approved training content through various methods such as personal learning, individual coaching, and on-the-job training for small groups to larger participants as needed
- Work on designing various programs to facilitate the training process
- Ensure the quality of implementation of all training programs and initiatives
- Work with the Human Resources and Operations Department to ensure that the content of training materials conform to current business standards and processes
- Work with the human resources department to develop training plans according to needs.
- Responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest policies + procedural changes occurring at work to ensure minimum gaps in training for operating personnel.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- 3 years restaurant management,
- QSR (International Chain) experience
- TOT certified
Skills:
- Basic Knowledge of MS office
- Good written and verbal communication English skills
