About the Job
- Monitor individual developers’ performance.
- Handle technical responsibility for the project (quality and correct functionality of deliverables).
- Train and coach team members.
- Follow up with Team members on open actions of the software development cycle.
- Identify project specific training.
- Responsible for improving project team members’ efficiency.
- Works with an agile methodology.
- Identify new technologies that improve product development and the user experience

- 5-10 work experience with at least 3 years experience as a team leader
- Angular, javaScript, css technologies experience
- Strong experience in C# , ASP .Net, MVC entity framework (.Net full stack)
- Very good hands-on web developer using Web APIs and Entity Framework
- Very good knowledge of querying and programming MSSQL
- Good knowledge of Angular 5, 6, or 7 – CSS – JQuery – JavaScript- Bootstrap.
- Good command in speaking and writing English language.
- Extensive experience with object-oriented programming language: Java or C#
- Experience with web services (SOAP , REST).
- Strong experience with databases (SQL or Oracle).
- Front end experience desirable working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular.
