Job Description

Own the department/corporate digital initiatives from vision to reality and Explore new digital solutions/products that enhance measure, analyze and drive operation excellence to new solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define key metrics, and outcomes for technology that align with business goals.
  • Manage and mitigate technology related issues for Operation Excellence department.
  • Initiate, Design & implement Knowledge Management System continues performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the preparation and delivery of digital initiatives and projects across corporate.
  • Develop and guide the innovation and new product strategies of the organization.
  • Create an innovative approach with the appropriate processes, tools and metrics to support new growth opportunities.
  • Create multi-disciplinary technical innovation and solutions to support growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with IT department, in addition to technology vendors (when needed).
  • Researche digital trends, tactics and industry activity to stay current on the competitive landscape.
  • Evaluate regularly corporate performance reports to propose & build digital models.Act as digital champion and proactively promote digital internally.
  • Initiate and independently lead initiatives/act as project manager for digital initiatives when applicable.

  • Provide leadership for administrating, enhancing and operating knowledge Management System.
  • Develop detailed business requirements for knowledge management (KM) system for new phases, in addition to ensuring smooth KM operation for current system.
  • Coordinate with corporate project managers for the continues update of knowledge management system.
  • Responsible to enable storing, indexing corporate’s Big Data into knowledge Management System.
  • Partner with IT team for smooth, effective and efficient knowledge Management system upgrades.

Job Requirements

Personal Skills

  • Overall years of experience 10 to 15 years within technology product/services providers
  • Not less than 5 years as digital product SME/Leader

Education

  • Bachelor's of Engineering with a major in Computer Systems & Networks or Communication & Electronics

Technical Skills

  • Adequate Knowledge within IOT, Big Data & Digital transformation
  • Certified TMForum is abig advantage
  • Certified ITIL is a big advantage
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma is a big advantage
