- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hospital.
- Entering patient personal data on the system.
- Receiving cash and managing cash record on the system.
- Finalize all the procedures and documents for the patient admission.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to all queries from the patient.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Sending and receiving emails.
