Job Description
- Managing and arranging purchase requests from all departments with all needed activities including (request for quotations-approving purchase orders and following up with finical department).
- Managing POs of upcoming tender work once projects in hand stage.
- Lead purchasing team and distribute tasks between them.
- Arranging payment terms and delivery of items with suppliers.
- Setting and updating the approved suppliers list.
- Evaluation of Suppliers to meet quality, delivery and payment requirements.
- Following up purchased items prices.
- Establishing a good relationship with suppliers in order to negotiate the best prices.
- Providing monthly reports to the top management.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
- 3 to 5 Years Experience
- Very Good Knowledge of English.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Good Team Player
