Job Description

  • Bavaria Has established a new company specialized in manufacturing Garbage Pins and Plastic Ballets called Delta MCCLEAN. Delta was established 5 years ago and since then , it shows a huge development and grows rapidly getting a very-good market share, thus we are optimizing better opportunities within the coming years:

We are hiring Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives, and to be responsible for the following :

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Executing sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities in his assigned territory / segment / customer group.
  • Communicating and coordinating with Operations, Production, Installation Teams and Technical Support as required.
  • Building long-term relationships with assigned customers at all levels thus exploring new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring & verifying major customer complaints & claims, coordinating with other functions to develop solution. Supporting implementation of corrective actions.
  • Responsible for assigned sales budget, margin, and market share.
  • Identifying business opportunities and sales channels.
  • Determining the market price and drawing up pre-qualification documents for specific bids/projects. Perform forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis with the Bid team.
  • Observing and analyzing the market, competitors, and customers.
  • Drawing up marketing concepts, business plans, and strategies
    Supporting and coordinating technical clarification of the bid until placement of the order
  • Provide on-the-ground support, thus generate sales leads and close new deals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline,
  • 7- 10 years Sales related experience with a track record of successful performance, preferably in the same field.
  • Proven experience in working with Consultants, Wholesalers, Contractors, and different construction companies.
  • Clear potential to handle a normal sales target consistent with the market challenge, nature of the product, and type of assignment.
  • Strong management and leadership ability
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • Communication & Presentation skills
