Job Description

Operations:

  • Ensures the compliance of the HR policies with the Egyptian labor law and UG code of conduct.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Managing the staffing procedures for new joiners and facilitates their enrollment to the company.

Personnel:

  • Keeps UG and its subsidiaries side compliant with social insurance and labor laws related issues.
  • Communicates with Labor Law and Social Insurance Authorities Heads.
  • Manages the labor law and social insurance inspections.
  • Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet personnel information needs (Oracle
  • Fusion/E-Business).
  • Manages the employees' exits and layoff according to the Egyptian labor law.
  • Manage Maintenance of the Archiving system.
  • Reviews and issues employees’ employment contractual agreements, and accordingly ensuring prompt Social Insurance coverage to UG employees.
  • Manage resignations and clearances procedures.

Other Duties:

  • Present reports to the management to ensure their full awareness of detailed performance and objectives achievement.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • 5 - 8 years of related experience
  • Flexible to travel 10%
  • HR studies are more preferable.
  • Excellent English written & spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
