Job Description
- Answering incoming calls and giving satisfactory replies to customer inquiries.
- Monitoring reservations and cancellations.
- Overseeing changes to original reservations and managing exchanges and refunds.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Job Requirements
- Experience in online reservation systems.
- Experience in closing an offline deal.
- Able to design Travel PKG s.
- Able to do Offline bookings (individual & Groups).
- High school diploma.
- Very good English is a must.
- Experience working as sales in travel industry.
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible working hours.
