"We are looking for a Media localization coordinator who will coordinate in our media projects and will be inside the Operations department "
Job Description:
- Assist in Recruitment, qualification and development of new resources (individuals, teams, agencies) from various professional sites
- Track and manage training schedules and provide training to resources.
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding project specs, etc.
- Support in the planning, production, and QC of Media localization projects on an as-needed basis
- Support Sales and Project Management team with Clients quotations
- Communicate with vendors as required, as per related plans or on project basis
- Provide needed analysis and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English
- Experience with related technology, software and processes in Media Production.
- Solid technical understanding of media services
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and to document processes
