Job Description
Al Solaimaneyah Golf City asks for Civil Executive Manager
with experience 7-10 years
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Management
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in Civil Works and Steel Work is a must
- Live in Giza
