Job Description

  • Responsible for the hiring process [signing contracts, filling and applying form #1, #2, #6]
  • Handle the labor law office and social insurance issues and inquires.
  • Control the files of the employees.
  • Make the monthly attendance reports and send them to the payroll team.
  • Deal with the internal system for submitting the vacations and attendance.
  • Handle the governmental medical insurance issues and inquires.
  • Provide the HR manager with the needed reports and analysis.
  • Provide the employees with the needed HR support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, or equivalent]
  • Male [30 years old is Max. age]
  • Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred]
  • 1-2 years of Personnel experience [with proven practical experience]
  • Very good common of English language.
  • High Microsoft Office skills.
  • High Presentation and Communication skills.
  • High Problem Solving, and Planning skills.
  • Ownership, and Handling skills.
  • Able to accept Diversity and Change.
  • Able to deal with Blue and White collars.
  • Able to work in 10th of Ramadan City.
