Job Description

PURPOSE & SCOPE (JOB SUMMARY):

  • Under general supervision, plan, organize, and coordinate recruitment and selection activities for regular and adjunct faculty, management positions, and classified staff for the Company. Assist in the research and collection of applicant information, research advertising sources and prepare layout and content for advertisements of employment opportunities (print and online). To able to handle all the administrative work related to Employees (Contract & Locals) life cycle i.e. Recruitment, Onboarding, Orientation, separation, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Identification, tying up & Building relationship with best recruitment agencies.
  • Timely coordination with Agency’s for Requirement at various positions.
  • Ensuring pre-screening/ Selection steps are done by the agencies and Soft copies are shared.
  • Ensuring selection is fair and consistent. Development of Online Test, Case studies &formats for various different positions.
  • Coordination of Skype interview with functional Head and HR Manager.
  • Update and maintain hiring & Recruitment sheet with all the details of interviewed, shortlisted, rejected and arrived candidates.
  • Serve as a resource for managers; coach and mentor senior managers to effectively use the full range of HR tools such as the performance process.
  • Ensuring selection is fair and consistent. Development of Online Test, Case studies &formats for various different positions.
  • Negotiations on the salaries and ensuring company’s budget is considered.
  • Sending offer letter and initiation of the hiring process.

VISA Processing & Paper Work (In Case candidate is hired on VISA)

  • Ensuring the requirement for VISA’s is given to HR/Personnel post-approval basis Expansion Plan.
  • Allotting VISAs to agencies on the basis of positions available and requirement.
  • Initiating E Wakala process.
  • Keep a close daily follow-up with agency on the update.
  • Keep the HR staff informed about the recruitment numbers, nationality & arrival date.
  • Maintain and publish VISA Availability report for Top Management.

Arrival & Onboarding

  • Complete all the required administrative work pertaining to employee.
  • Send Welcome Email
  • Introduce them with the team and office.
  • Plan and execute 1st orientation day about the company.
  • Coordinate with Functional Manager for initial Training Plan and monitor Probation periods.
  • Setting up initial work stations, coordinate for Policy

Maintaining Employees Records

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating all employee-related data.
  • Basic reports are generated from the data like – Break up of nationalities, Ratio of local hire, Exits with reasons and business type.
  • You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of all the official documents. And will be held responsible for any unauthorized assess made.
  • Able to come up with customized HR reports.

Payroll Management

  • Understand AX and payroll system and how we calculate the salaries etc.
  • Take part in entering payroll entries in the system. And cover if any employee is on vacation.

Communication & Enthusiasm

  • You will be responsible for timely communication of policies & procedures and changes made to it.
  • Making an effective calendar for office with recreation activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate degree (required)
  • Age:- Less than 33 Yrs

  • At Least 2 years in Direct Recruitment

  • Female candidates preferred

  • Good English is a must
