Job Description
- Develop and update the pool of applicants.
- Maintain and update the database.
- Advertise the open posts.
- Screen the collected CVs.
- Arrange and follow up for interview appointments for the shortlisted applicants.
- Control the selection tests steps.
- Conduct the 1st interview.
- Arrange and assist the rest of the selection process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, or equivalent]
- Males [30 years old is Max. age]
- Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred]
- 1-2 years of HR experience [with proven Blue and White collars Recruitment experience]
- Excellent common of English language.
- High Microsoft Office skills.
- High Presentation and Communication skills.
- High Problem Solving, and Planning skills.
- Ownership, Time management and Handling skills.
- Able to accept Diversity and Change.
- Able to deal with Blue and White collars.
- Able to work in 10th of Ramadan City. And visit other sites.
