Job Description
- Handle customer inquires
- Set an appointment to the customer if needed
- Handle customer complaints
- Increasing customer loyalty, through reports clients are able to identify their strength in the market and focus on providing more services to their customers
- Make outbound calls
- Achieve the customer satisfaction
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
