Job Description

  • Developing and executing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and maintaining current accounts
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new clients
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Following up new business opportunities and sales leads
  • Planning and preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Setting up meetings to introduce and follow-up with existing and potential clients
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Providing management with feedback on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Drive traction and sales leads for our B2C and B2B products
  • Drive partnerships with schools and nurseries
  • Drive partnerships with activity providers
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists

Job Requirements

  • You should have good customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Having previous experience dealing in B2B partnerships and sales is a huge plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • You will need to have your own laptop
