Job Description
- Developing and executing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and maintaining current accounts
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new clients
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Following up new business opportunities and sales leads
- Planning and preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Setting up meetings to introduce and follow-up with existing and potential clients
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Providing management with feedback on successes and areas needing improvements
- Drive traction and sales leads for our B2C and B2B products
- Drive partnerships with schools and nurseries
- Drive partnerships with activity providers
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Job Requirements
- You should have good customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Having previous experience dealing in B2B partnerships and sales is a huge plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- You will need to have your own laptop
