Job summary:

Support the company with all relevant Sales operational tasks such as: maintaining record of client profile and sales contracts, managing leads and inventory, following up with brokers, and finally coordinating marketing- related tasks.

What you are expected to do:

  • Prepare frequent sales and inventory reports for top management
  • Manage leads and follow-up with all incoming sales/ brokers inquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding sales process and client’s payments
  • Issue company's sales contracts as per the pre-approved template
  • Ensure timely contract issuance and coordinate its signature and delivery
  • Provide the Accounting and HR departments with sales reports for commission issuance
  • Responsible for issuing forms of waiver, transfer, and client’s legal warning
  • Create clients’ profile and handle all their contractual and after contracting inquiries/ claims
  • Approach marketing agencies (digital and outdoors) to reach a business deal with them
  • Manage all marketing agencies accounts and provide them with all projects’ relevant information (design, goals, scope… etc)

Job Requirements

What you'll need to succeed in this job:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience in real estate
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with NPV equations
  • Ability to build sales reports and work with pivot tables
  • Attention to details
