Job Description
- Conducts new-employee orientations for new comers.
- Create Job offers for hired candidates and communicate with them until approval.
- Conduct recruitment activity for all white collar candidates following company process.
- Archiving applications /resumes; scheduling Interviews with candidates.
- Follow up on Probation periods.
- Handle employee on boarding process.
- Forecast annual hiring needs by department.
- Develop & Standardize initial interview questions and test for each job.
- Manage and attend employment fairs according to plan & Budget.
- Head hunt through one to one approaches by personal approach, or through internet specialized social arenas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Recruitment.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Strong computer skills, preferably in advanced Excel.
- HR certificate is a plus.
- Reporting & analysis experience.
