Job Description
- Execute all payroll transactions.
- Handle all communications related to medical insurance, its invoices, and retroactive claim.
- Handle Employees loans requests as per company policies and processes.
- Handle all processes related to vendors of employee benefits, like premium cards usage by employees.
- Handle Employee termination/resignation process.
- Collect KPI/PMS results from related parties to formulate the final assessment sheet to reimburse staff and communicate their performance.
- Constantly introduce new employee benefits to maximize employee satisfaction.
- Prepare and compare company salary structure per JD and compare it vs market survey.
- Support and cooperate line manager in C&B salaries and bonus planning and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in personnel and payroll management.
- Solid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Strong computer skills, preferably advanced Excel.
- HR certificate is a plus.
- Reporting & analysis experience is a must.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems is a must.
- Previous experience in creating pay structure and grading system is a must.
