Job Description

We are looking for:

Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals who know how to develop plans and prepare schedules to establish sequence and lead time between activities to achieve the Projects’ goals, Manage overlapping projects, keep track of deadlines, Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions, High Attention to the details, Efficiently use their time, strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities and great communicators who are persuasive and good at presenting information and preparing reports.

Main Tasks:

  • Create, Maintain, Review and administer schedules and plans
  • Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
  • Liaising with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the development
  • Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage for multi-disciplines projects.
  • Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems
  • Prepare the cost sheets to control the cash in – cash out from the tendering phase up to the handover of the project
  • Update the actual progress of the projects on a regular bases or upon request.
  • Present information for internal meetings on the project
  • Problems Solving

Job Requirements

Main Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experiences in Project planning
  • B. Sc. Electrical /Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience in multi-disciplines projects.
  • Expert in using Primavera & MS Project.
  • Cost Control Experience in multi disciplines projects.
  • Expert in using MS office package.
  • Very good in presentations preparation.
  • Aware of all cost control methods.
  • Ready to travel to the remote site occasionally.
  • Fluent in English.
  • French is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent communication skills either offline or online.
  • Time Management; Great capability of time management and adaptation with different processes
  • Ownership & Commitment; Fully dedication and commitment for the assignment with high attitude
  • Adhering to the principals & values
