Job Description
- Schedules sales appointments with current and prospective clients
- Creates positive and lasting relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met
- Meets all the sales targets as well as maintaining records of all the sales made
- Maintains in-depth product knowledge and educates clients about the products
- Generates and tracks new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
- Identifies ways to market products to new clients, including identifying new target markets
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in Sales. Preferably in the same field (HR Solutions & Training)
- Strong negotiation & closing skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
