Job Description
- Define Channel Programs
- Identify Channels offer gaps
- Adapt and executes the Channel growth actions plan
- Promoting Channels in the market (plan & lead execution)
- Accountable for the Channel’s growth and profitability.
- Enrich defined Programs with more partners
- Execute the Channel management transformation into Digital Channel management
- Channel Branding
- Manage the partners portfolio (partners retentions and acquisitions)
- Follow and review the Sales execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the electrical industry
- High creativity and has an eye for design
- Passion and have excellent presentation skills
- Interpersonal communication skills with a willingness to accept feedback and constructive criticism
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Keen attention to details
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment
