Job Description
- Work directly with the company servers and networks, performing setup, enhancement, and maintenance tasks;
- Ensure that employees’ work stations connectivity to networks and the continuous access for related business-critical data at all times;
- Configure network security settings and connect peripheral devices including printers and scanners, other devices that are used by multi-users;
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email etc;
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
- Set up systems or resolve issues; Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Support the roll-out of ERP System and other new applications;
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience 3-4 years.
- Supervision on implementation ERP System will be an added value.
- Preferably Resident of Nasr City, Heliopolis and New-Cairo.
