Job Description

  • Responsible to support the Chairman by maintaining his executive schedule and assisting him by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Being a quick professional with great time management and multitasking abilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining Executive Agenda.
  • Assist in planning appointments, board meetings … etc.
  • Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
  • Receiving and screening phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handling outgoing and incoming correspondences.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare travel folders.
  • Prepare presentations as assigned.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Greet and receive visitors.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Prepare an agenda for meetings.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
