Job Description
- Responsible to support the Chairman by maintaining his executive schedule and assisting him by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Being a quick professional with great time management and multitasking abilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining Executive Agenda.
- Assist in planning appointments, board meetings … etc.
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handling outgoing and incoming correspondences.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare travel folders.
- Prepare presentations as assigned.
- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Greet and receive visitors.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Prepare an agenda for meetings.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
