Job Description
Staffing and Manpower Planning
- Participate in the preparation of annual manpower plans;
- Decide on most efficient sourcing channels;
- Create job ads and manage its posting on relevant platforms;
- Monitor new title creation requests;
- Screen job applicants' CVs and conduct phone interviews;
- Update hiring managers with vacancy status regularly during the recruitment and selection process;
- Conduct behavioral assessment through competency-based interviewing techniques and tests;
- Conduct job Offer Negotiations and prepare and send offer letters to candidates;
- Manage expatriates’ staffing cycles including paperwork finalization, reception, onboarding, requests and exit.
Talent Management
- Assess training effectiveness through analyzing trainees’ feedback and impact on daily activities;
- Liaison with external training providers to deliver effective developmental activities;
- Follow up on the proper coaching done by leadership to Mantrac’s staff;
- Participate in the development of annual training plans and budgets;
- Analyze performance ratings and trends and develop useful insights;
- Transfer the know-how of appraising performance to first-line and middle management;
- Assist managers through Mantrac's performance management cycle;
Employee Experience Management
- Develop HR surveys with clear objectives and scoring mechanisms;
- Gather employee feedback regularly and develop useful data for analysis;
- Conduct and/or participate in employee investigations taking the necessary decision based on company policies and action matrices;
- Analyze common reasons for employee complaints and survey results and suggest effective ways to address them;
- Generate survey reports and participate in action planning workshops recording key outcomes;
- Conduct exit interviews for voluntary leavers and report resignation reasons;
- Perform analysis of HR data and reports and develop recommendations and improvement plans.
Job Requirements
Background and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- HR Certificate as a minimum.
- HR Diploma is a plus
