Job Description
- 1st line support for end-users
- Monitor service desk for tickets assigned to the queue and perform first-in first-out based on priority.
- Troubleshoot and support in person and over the phone
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Check on access controls devices
- Regular check on meeting rooms equipment.
- Follow up on network devices and network status
- Manage and setup Mobile phones/ tablets
- Install Outlook email accounts
- Maintain IT inventory
- Document internal procedures and call support tickets
- Perform scheduled backups for users and other preventive maintenance tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge in MCSA
- Good knowledge in CCNA
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems
- Presentable
- Very good command of English
- Experience: 1-3 years maximum.
- Graduated: Computer science or any related computing faculty.
- Strong client-facing and excellent Communication skills are required.
