Job Description

  • 1st line support for end-users
  • Monitor service desk for tickets assigned to the queue and perform first-in first-out based on priority.
  • Troubleshoot and support in person and over the phone
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Check on access controls devices
  • Regular check on meeting rooms equipment.
  • Follow up on network devices and network status
  • Manage and setup Mobile phones/ tablets
  • Install Outlook email accounts
  • Maintain IT inventory
  • Document internal procedures and call support tickets
  • Perform scheduled backups for users and other preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge in MCSA
  • Good knowledge in CCNA
  • Good knowledge of CCTV systems
  • Presentable
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience: 1-3 years maximum.
  • Graduated: Computer science or any related computing faculty.
  • Strong client-facing and excellent Communication skills are required.
