Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customizes the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for each specific user.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware either in person or over the phone.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all types of computer issues.
- Support Users Email Access and Troubleshooting
- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.
- Completion of other tasks and duties as assigned.
