Job Description
- Revise with sales accountant all of the direct Sales and export sales during the codes of the sold production and sales price.
- Revision the weekly report for Alx. Branch sales and calculate the commission for this branch and issue the check for these commissions
- Record and adding or rule out the assets in the archive and prepare the monthly accounting entry depreciation and matching the assets archive with data system .
- Prepare the taxes attestation for DSAF and prepare the attestation taxes deduction and taxes stamp every quarter and prepare the data of taxes settlement .
- Prepare and write check of bank according work needs and procedures
- Prepare and send the report for sales codes for actual export sales for finished warehouse to increase the stock of Secretariats.
- Share with the periodical inventory community or suddenly community which are finance team doing during the year .
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's of commerce, Major accounting.
Technical Skills:
- Accounting skills – work in the system which use in the dept
Personnel skills:
- Communication skills, regularity, team work, deal with numbers and ability to planning
English language:
- English good “ reading and writing ”
Computer skills:
- Microsoft programs
