Job Description
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Secures financial information by completing database.
- Protects the Company’s value by keeping the information confidential.
- Ensure that the company procedures are following the Company accounting policy.
- Confirmation with intra group Companies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Fluency English
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft data manipulation tools (Ms Access, Ms Excel) or other databases along with good working knowledge in spreadsheet applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting theory
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
