Job Description
- Prepare sales orders and accepted payment through cash, cheque and credit card (according to payments terms).
- Follow up delivery order with warehouse and after-sales department.
- Follow up payments with accounting department
- Prepare shipping request and follow up with delivery department.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Has 1-3 years experience as a Sales
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Excellent oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
