Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader with a storied history in the technological sector. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and an expert in technological development.
Responsibilities:
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services in-coordination with Company CTO.
- Acting as a mentor to team members.
- Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook.
- Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes is a plus.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 7 years working in a technological role
- 0-4 years managerial experience.
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
- Experience in writing code using .Net core
- Strong DB design skills (working with NoSQL database is mandatory).
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js .. etc,).
- Strong knowledge of OOP programming and design patterns.
- Experience building REST APIs Web Services (XML & JSON).
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development is a big plus.

- Experience in dealing with AWS products
