Job Description
- Supervise a number of Mrs/Senior MRS in a designated area, coordinate the overall sales program for their area and product
- lines and analyze their performance.
- Encourage teamwork spirit and coach his subordinates
- Provide marketing data, feedback about his area.
- Monitor the growth of the market share of his franchise.
- Organize group meetings periodically for his subordinates to exchange feedback from different territories, availability, distribution, following up orders, stocks, monthly contribution and following-up investment of our products
- Contribute and follow-up on different activities: Doctors’ meetings, A.V. actions, conferences, etc.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and VIPs.
- Participate in the selection process and conducting training, counseling, and coaching for his subordinates.
- Report Adverse Event & product quality complaints as per company Pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bch. Degree in Vet./Pharmacy or other Medical studies.
- At least 2 years of related experience in the same position.
- Proven records of Sales success
- Experience within Ortho or Cardiovascular is requested.
- Postgraduate studies will be an added value.
