Job Description
- Responsible for different functions requirements of all tender procedures & customers inquiries till receiving the Fax of Award.
- Making contacts with the authorized internal & external suppliers according to Bid specifications to acknowledge the possibility of providing the relevant requirements taking into consideration its compliance to the items.
- Supervising the staff under control, to put relevant work program.
- Preparing Yearly Tender Status update database.
- Issue purchase order to suppliers after receiving bid award to prepare shipping process.
- Preparing authorization letter and contracts acting as an authorized agent.
- Provides commercial and technical support to the sales force.
Job Requirements
- Showing proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Obtaining proposal management experience.
- Demonstrating previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language Providing proven leadership and management experience.
- Having extensive sales experience.
- Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff.
- Well-developed negotiation skills
