Job Description
For well known developer company in Real Estate, We are seeking for Senior Sales who has experience in commercial and aware with New Cairo area, Al Shorouk and New Heliopolis.
Duties:
- Contact potential clients to offer them our products.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
- Ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
Working Conditions:
- Location in New Cairo
- One day off except Thursday / Friday
- W/H from 10.00 A.M - 6.00 P.M
Job Requirements
- Commercial field is preferred
- Should be presentable
- Ensure quality communication and dialogue with customers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Effective facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions.
- Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
