Job Description

Please note that this position is an Entry Level Job. Undergraduate in their final year or Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Obtains client information by answering incoming telephone calls and conducting outbound follow-up calls when needed.
  • Explain benefits and advantages of our medical services to clients.
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the Al-Jamila Hospital’s services to go off-script when necessary.
  • Build positive relationships and embrace Al-Jamila Hospital by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring all questions, cancellations and confirmations are addressed appropriately.
  • Report any problems to their superior immediately to avoid service interruption.
  • Create and maintain case management records of daily problems and remedial actions taken in a call center database.
  • Reply to comments on posts, moderate discussions and respond to direct messages
  • Draft replies to messages and comments for other communication channels when required.
  • Align a smooth communication channel with different co-workers to resolve clients problems and requests in a highly professional manner.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Females only.
  • Age: 27 years Max.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Institute.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in Call Center.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

  • Strong active listening skill and verbal communication.
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
  • Positive Attitude.
