Job Description
- Produce high-quality designs from concept to execution.
- Develop designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personality.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style.
- Create custom print materials such as logos and brad identity, Business cards, brochures , flyers ,booklets , Business Portfolio , exhibition & events Designs , and edit print projects.
- Graphic Designs for social media marketing , email marketing campaign imagery.
- Ability to work within graphic-identity standards.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Ensure final materials are accurate and error-free, including file construction, organization, and prepping of files for printing.
- Manage individual project production schedules for on-time delivery.
Job Requirements
- Graduates of the Faculty of Fine Arts or Applied Arts are preferred.
- 2-3 years experience of print and interactive design work experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating the spectrum of your work and skill set
- Solid understanding of printing process, illustration, layout, typography, and brand look and feel.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design, etc.)
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, have analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Strong design portfolio displaying beautifully crafted graphics.
- Demonstrate an understanding of design principles and Able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
- Proficient in the latest versions of applicable programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Able to multitask and perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines.
- Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed.
- Able to respond positively to customer and peer criticism and feedback.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to effectively manage relationships, both internally and externally.
- Display a dependable, strong work ethic.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, professional office environment.
