Job Description

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department (Administration section) to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures
  • Follow the implementation of administrative services
  • Follow up daily attendance for employees of administrative services, and follow-up to cleaner
  • Provide first aid for workers and arranging periodic examination dates and follow-up treatment for patients
  • Prepare purchase request (PR) for equipment needed for the department.
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for effective implementation of regulatory standards
  • Handling all the recruitment process from the beginning to the end (Posting, Screening and making the first interview & Preparing offer letters to the accepted candidates).
  • Post open positions to online recruitment websites and other social media sources to ensure getting the best fit to the position: Internal, external, referrals, network, talent pools…. etc.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Develop and prepare Recruitment reports.
  • Will Supervise on personnel cycle.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for candidates.
  • Attending Job Fairs.
  • Handling the Performance Appraisal for the employees.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
  • Any other certificates required.
  • Males Only.

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years' Experience on HR Functions specially in recruitment and personnel.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Excellent communication & flexible & Adaptation skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • 10th Of Ramadan City is preferred.
