Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department (Administration section) to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures
- Follow the implementation of administrative services
- Follow up daily attendance for employees of administrative services, and follow-up to cleaner
- Provide first aid for workers and arranging periodic examination dates and follow-up treatment for patients
- Prepare purchase request (PR) for equipment needed for the department.
- Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for effective implementation of regulatory standards
- Handling all the recruitment process from the beginning to the end (Posting, Screening and making the first interview & Preparing offer letters to the accepted candidates).
- Post open positions to online recruitment websites and other social media sources to ensure getting the best fit to the position: Internal, external, referrals, network, talent pools…. etc.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Develop and prepare Recruitment reports.
- Will Supervise on personnel cycle.
- Conduct orientation sessions for candidates.
- Attending Job Fairs.
- Handling the Performance Appraisal for the employees.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- Any other certificates required.
- Males Only.
Experience:
- 3-5 Years' Experience on HR Functions specially in recruitment and personnel.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent communication & flexible & Adaptation skills.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- 10th Of Ramadan City is preferred.
