Job Description

  • Manage daily employees' fingerprint and attendance tracking for excused and unexcused absences.
  • Collect monthly leave forms; vacations and excuses from all sites and H.Q
  • Make sure that every employee has a completed file.
  • Responsible for social insurance and prepare form 1,2 & 6.
  • Dealing with governmental offices; social insurance and labour office.
  • Manage employees' annual leaves.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Experience from 2 : 5 years.
  • Experience in dealing with governmental offices; social insurance and labour office.
