Job Description

  • Validating, editing, correcting the ads
  • Monitoring and editing the (Arabic& non- Arabic) ads
  • Maintaining the applied guidelines, terms and condition of the website in the process of moderating the ads
  • Communicating with (Arabic& non-Arabic) speaker (site visitor) via chats, E-mails and phone calls and handling their requests, complains and reviews.
  • Monitoring site visitors’ feedback and Handling the requests of the users.

Job Requirements

  • Good - excellent in English (reading- writing- speaking)
  • Good in computer skills and typing
  • Fresh graduate (or 1-year experience max)
  • University degree in any major
  • Working days: 6 days per week (8 hours- ½ h break)
