Job Description
- Validating, editing, correcting the ads
- Monitoring and editing the (Arabic& non- Arabic) ads
- Maintaining the applied guidelines, terms and condition of the website in the process of moderating the ads
- Communicating with (Arabic& non-Arabic) speaker (site visitor) via chats, E-mails and phone calls and handling their requests, complains and reviews.
- Monitoring site visitors’ feedback and Handling the requests of the users.
Job Requirements
- Good - excellent in English (reading- writing- speaking)
- Good in computer skills and typing
- Fresh graduate (or 1-year experience max)
- University degree in any major
- Working days: 6 days per week (8 hours- ½ h break)
