Job Description
- Responsible for preparing IV & TPN Preparations
- Handling and modulating IV & TPN Orders
- Follow up with the daily stock use
- Ensure the aseptic techniques for the other pharmacists
- Monitor & maintain the appropriate conditions for IV & TPN preparations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in pharmaceutical science
- Clinical nutrition board is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in TPN
- Team Work
- Excellent Computer skills
- Ability to train others
